Team Marketing exists to give hospitality marketers a space that is:

This is not a sales channel.
It is not a broadcast list.
It is not a directory.

It is a working community.

Over the past year, TM has grown to over 900 members.

Scale requires clear boundaries to protect the value of the space and ensure it remains:

  • A place to ask honest questions

  • A place to share real insight

  • A place to build genuine relationships

  • A place that prioritises marketers

To keep Team Marketing valuable and sustainable long term, we are introducing clearer structure based on member type:

  • In-house – this remains your space to ask, share, network and learn

  • Freelance / consultants - we recognise you may work across a spectrum of hospitality businesses, you are welcome in this space, with promotional activity subject to approval.

  • Agencies – welcome to contribute insight, with promotional activity subject to approval.

  • SaaS & tech providers – access will now sit within formal partnerships or sponsorship agreements.

I believe these changes will help to keep Team Marketing what it was always intended to be.
