  1. Brother Marcus - brand & marketing strategy

    When I joined Brother Marcus group, my first job was to build out the marketing function. That meant recruiting the right people, setting clear structures, and creating a strong foundation for future growth. One of the most exciting projects was the brand refresh. Working closely with the founders, I helped define a mission statement, core values, and a new tone of voice that truly reflected who they were and what they wanted to become. I then project managed the rollout. I created and delivered the annual marketing plan and budget including launch plans for 3 new locations.

  2. SushiDog – Marketing Strategy

    I was engaged by co-founder Greg to provide senior-level strategic marketing support across the business — effectively acting as a Fractional Marketing Director for this growing quick service hospitality brand. With ambitious regional expansion plans and a strong social media presence already in place, my focus with SushiDog was on diversifying the marketing mix beyond social virality, building more sustainable, conversion-led growth, strengthening data-driven decision making developing the in-house team structure and leadership capability.

  3. Dishoom – marketing

    I looked after marketing strategy and planning at Dishoom, managing a team of 5 marketing managers based across the UK, opening 4 restaurants in Edinburgh, London, Manchester and Birmingham as well as 10 delivery kitchens and an online store in 5 years. I continued to work for Dishoom on a contract basis for 4 months after I finished my in-house role.
