    Elton Mouna, MC

    London-based Elton Mouna, 63, is the former Marketing Director at Fuller’s and former MD of the London pub company Remarkable Pubs.

    These days, he’s a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming coaching middle managers in the hospitality sector.

    Elton describes his life as 25% coaching 25% giving back and helping others 25% learning (he is currently enrolled on Rory Sutherland’s Masters course) and 25% doing ‘whatever the heck I like’. 

    He is currently creating a movement to reduce bullying and the misuse of power in the hospitality sector. 

    He is married to Sheila who features every Sunday in ‘the never popular’ (his words not mine) TMM exclusive ‘Where did I have Sunday Brunch with my Lovely Mrs?’

    Dan Brookman

    Dan Brookman is the CEO of Toggle and Airship, SaaS platforms that enable over 800 hospitality brands across 10,000 locations to drive pre-visit revenue through the sale of gift cards and experiences and through the use of data to understand frequency and recency of visit to deliver loyalty and marketing automations.

    Dan is an ex-hospitality operator and a hospitality marketer with over 30 years of experience.

    Airship & Toggle have grown by 600% in 3 years, and in October 2022 sold the business to Zonal, one of the leading hospitality technology companies in the UK. Dan remains as CEO of the business and is now on the exec board at Zonal.

    Jenny McPhee is most recently, the Brand Director at The Alchemist Bar & Restaurant, where she led creative evolution across the brand’s identity, venue experience, digital presence and customer engagement. Having spent over a decade with The Alchemist, Jenny steered its transformation as a cocktail-led hospitality pioneer, blending theatre, immersive design and imaginative storytelling to keep its bars both fresh and iconic.

    Nottingham-born and now Leeds-based, Will has held senior roles in high-street coffee operations before joining 200 Degrees in 2021, where he leads all commercial strategy, from beans and coffee machine e-commerce to wholesale partnerships.
    He is a key driving force behind 200 Degrees’ expansion, including new shop openings and barista-school growth and has played a central role in developing the roastery’s wholesale and subscription offerings.
